Stephen also discusses the comments of The Advocate’s Mark Ballard who said, “Tort changes in Louisiana will be a popular topic but won’t help lower auto insurance rates.” Stephen says that is not even close to being true and he breaks down all the work the new legislative leaders are doing to get some tort reform.
