
Will Green serves as the President and CEO of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI). Representing more than 2,000 employers and 324,000 employees, LABI serves as both the state’s Chamber of Commerce & Manufacturing Association, setting the standard for advocacy as the only association that represents businesses of all sizes from a statewide, multi-industry perspective. Under Will’s leadership, LABI champions a vibrant and sustainable business climate in Louisiana by promoting free enterprise, driving economic opportunity and improving the quality of life for all citizens.
Having served on numerous boards and commissions, and recognized by Baton Rouge Business Report as one of the Top 40 Under 40, Will is an active voice for Louisiana’s business community. He currently serves on the U.S. Chamber’s Committee of 100, the National Association of State Chambers, and the Conference of State Manufacturers Associations.
Before joining LABI as its leader, Will was President and CEO of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association (LADA) and previously served on LABI’s advocacy team as Policy Director for the Civil Justice Reform and Employee Relations Councils from 2014 to 2016.
A native of north Louisiana, Will earned his Juris Doctor and Civil Law Certification from Mississippi College School of Law and graduated cum laude from Northwestern State University. He maintains both his Louisiana law license and his Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.
Will lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Kristin, and their two children, Tatum and Miller.
