Courtney Baker is the Director of Development for LABI.

Courtney has served three different governors and most recently worked as a Legislative Liaison for the Department of Children and Family Services, where she directed efforts to assure passage of legislation to promote the department’s operations. She was also instrumental in all constituent relations, particularly with the department’s response to disasters.

Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge.
