Stephen Waguespack from LABI was in the nation’s capitol this past weekend to take D.C. Mardi Gras and he joined the show today to recap the event’s. Stephen says that the best value that LABI took away from D.C. Mardi Gras was that everyone gathers in the nation’s capitol to celebrate and do not worry about people’s party affiliation. He says that he also got to meet with a lot of Louisiana delegates in Washington and was able to find ways to work with them to solve certain issues that are impacting Louisiana. Then, Waguespack talks about the Governor wanting to tweak the industrial tax break program (ITEP). He explains where LABI stands on this matter and what should be changed and what needs to stay the same.
