Sarah Anderson
Sarah W. Anderson owns SWA Law LLC and LegallyCyber.com, representing public and private entities on cyber incident response, regulatory compliance, the implementation of enhanced cybersecurity practices, and contract negotiations involving technology products and services. Sarah teaches seminars on cybersecurity law across the United States, for non-profits, trade associations, and government entities. Assisting with over 100 cyber incident responses, Sarah advises leaders and technology professionals on preventing and mitigating liability before, during, and after a cyber incident. Prior to founding SWA Law, Sarah was in-house counsel with a technology non-profit and a “big law” equity partner, focused on toxic tort and property litigation. Sarah is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Texas. Sarah is also the former chief legal counsel for the State of Louisiana ESF-17. Sarah is also a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Reserves at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Sarah is the former Cyber Law Judge Advocate for the Louisiana Army National Guard and legal liaison for the Louisiana Cybersecurity Commission.
Jacob Gilden
Jacob Gilden is a security technology and risk management professional with over a decade of experience advising clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to venture-backed startups. As a Principal at Good Harbor, Jacob has led cyber risk assessments and tabletop exercises for major organizations across sectors including telecommunications, insurance, technology, financial services, and retail. At Good Harbor, Jacob has advised major private equity firms on investments in the cybersecurity technology market, from thesis development to product and market diligence support. Prior to Good Harbor, Jacob was a member of the Cyber Defenders program at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). Jacob holds a M.A. in Government from Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

Gary Sanders
Gary Sanders currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at LWCC (Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation). In this role, he is responsible for the company’s technology strategy, IT capabilities and digital transformation programs. Sanders, as Chief Security Officer, is responsible for developing and managing LWCC’s cyber security vision, strategy, and program to ensure that information assets and technology are properly secured. In addition to IT and cyber security, Sanders is also responsible for oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management program and functions at LWCC.
Sanders has over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, over 20 years experience in cyber security, and over 15 years experience in enterprise risk management. Experience includes digitization & automation, information technology strategy, IT operations, enterprise architecture, network management, cyber security, enterprise risk management, project management, incident response and business continuity planning.
Shawn Usher
Shawn formed Sparkhound in 1998 with the mission to make a meaningful impact for clients by solving their business problems with technology and leadership. His results-driven approach helped the company quickly earn a solid reputation with mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the United States. Prior to starting Sparkhound, he joined a team of senior business consultants who successfully transformed IT systems and management for the parent company of three hospitals, a health insurance company, and 25 smaller healthcare-related companies. Shawn earned a bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Louisiana State University. He and his wife, Jennifer, have four children, and he serves on numerous professional and community boards.
